The greatest digital detox I've done so far is turning off YouTube history.

Do I stop watching YouTube altogether? No, sometimes I still sink hours in it. The difference is, now I become mindful of what content I am consuming. Not gonna lie, I like gossips lol, but seeing commentary videos constantly popping up in the recommendation kinda distorts my perception of life. Most of them are Tiktok Influencer snark, hm hm. Aren't y'all becoming the same thing you criticize, same-y content factory?

Another thing is, I don't have to witness Limbus content 24/7. Maybe that's why I'm able to peacefully miss weekly Mirror Dungeon past month? This one is not as negative as the influencer snark, but y'kno it reinforces fandom obsession.

I'm actively seeking topics I want to perceive, like recently I'm back to Vtuber hell hole because somehow they came up in my mind. At first I was watching clips just to see whether I can still understand Japanese. Then, because of putting Usami Rito's VODs to accompany me at gruesome 2 full-days work, I became really fond of him and starts oshikatsu again. Bought some photocards since there's local Shopee store with Nijisanji Goods stock. Also purchasing membership after he won NijiKou (yeah, there's controversy surrounding his win, nonetheless Usami is the reason I watched the tourney at the first place). Giving money stings a bit though, even in my past oshikatsu I feel the worthlessness of Indonesian currency, haha. Worry not, I think he has many whales already.

I start playing games too. My friend plays Field of Mistria, so I bought it on Steam. My boyfriend commented "you're so impulsive" lol since I don't wait for discount, yet I really enjoy the game so far. BF gave me Stardew Valley but it didn't hit the spot for me. Field of Mistria's 90-ish anime style is the main attraction for me.... aside of cough March. They have great NPC interactions too, the NPCs are friend even without MC around (side-eyeing Valen and Juniper).

There's another game I'm eyeing for, the description said "Denpa-style rhythm game". Suo Sango's Denpagumi.inc song cover is stuck inside my head, so I'm interested. Why? I don't now "Denpa" as a genre exists, but since the cover has similar structure to Iyowa's chaotic melody, I might find another thing that I like. Painfully, I haven't branched out from VOCALOID and Project Sekai music.
