Using Bearblog fr fr

No. This is not my first small blog ever, I had plenty before. When searching for hosting website at the famous 32bit.cafe resources, both Bearblog and Nekoweb became known to me. Alas, I was a stubborn artist, so I handcoded everything from scratch. My boyfriend taught me how to use Github, so I uploaded my website to his server—which ended up loading slowly, that's why we ditched it. Then I published backup of my previous blog to Nekoweb, yet in my opinion it's still a hassle to adjust everything when big update is finished locally. I'm not a big fan of opening my laptop, I prefer to type thoughts when laying down.. just like what I do, right now, for this post.

Anyway, Bearblog owner seems recognized cohost, a nice surprise. Yeah I can see the lingering spirit when I read the discovery tab. It has niche internet corner vibe that's fading from my memory until I'm reminded of this existence. Hm, I read a random post. Trending one, maybe (looking at dreadful pile of opened tab). The post recommended me a "What Kind of Blogger Are You" test.

You are a Explorer

To you, the web feels like a library that's open all hours and has everything you could ever imagine! You love reading others blogs, and know how important readers are to the whole of the indie web community!

You are also a Community gardener

You love to help contribute to building the blogging community, either through your writing or how you share the spirit of writing on the web with friends.

Other archetypes

Culture maker: You love to help push the blogging community forward by starting discussions, encouraging thought, and sharing what's on your mind. Link curator: The web is not just its pages, but the connections between pages. You have internalised this and love spending your time exploring the web and sharing what you find with the world.

Yeah I internalized that since my previous web, what's the point of having a blog if you're not gonna refer to interesting things???? Though I won't claim "wanting to contribute to community" description because a) no one knows me; b) my writing voice is fucking angry, it upsets me to think anyone else come and read my yapping. Funnily, remembering how I did things during.. (counting) 2010s, I was still a same person back then. I wrote responds to people's post in my tiny cute blogger. Less angry, of course. Haven't tainted with world's negativity.

Yeah. Then, I wanted to play around with this blog's CSS too. Thought it's a premium feature. Subscription for everything kinda breeds distrust towards developers in general.

p.s: now that I think about it, yeah I will encourage my friends to actually start a blog :)))))) A VERY evil plan
